Your environment sets the stage for production and success. Older building can't compete with newer, brighter more aesthetically pleasing settings. This presents a managers challenge.

Excellent findings! I wish it were so easy to change an existing enviroment. We know so much more today about what affects productivity and what hinders it. Thank you for sharing!
