Your environment sets the stage for production and success. Older building can't compete with newer, brighter more aesthetically pleasing settings. This presents a managers challenge.
Excellent findings! I wish it were so easy to change an existing enviroment. We know so much more today about what affects productivity and what hinders it. Thank you for sharing!
Hello world: My name is Mary Anne and I have a son, Charlie and two daughters, Jennifer and Elisabeth. I also have a granddaughter, Mycaylan, age 12 and a grandson, Nicolas who is 8 months old. This is my first Blogging experience and assignment for the "Information, Research and Technology" course offered through Cambridge College (CC). I am a nurse with a background in College and Occupational Health and have an interest in employee satisfaction in the work place. The topic of my Independent Learning Project (ILP) is "Creating an Extraordinary Work Environment: An Employee Guide". I hope that one day this will become a must read for all employees. On a lighter note, I was a Solemnizer at my sister's wedding on May 22, 2005 and hope to become a Justice of the Peace one day. Spending more time at the ocean and dabbling in photography are my real passions.

great info--it is very true that the environment in which we work daily contributes to productivity and success. Thanks
Your environnment also plays a great role not only on your productivity but your stress levels and your performance.
Good Job.
great work Mary Anne - especially since it's been such a significant several weeks with your Dad's passing. Blessings,
